The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Va Family Expo (previously the Va Baby & Child Expo) website. On some pages, you can register for an event and sign-up for our newsletter. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

- Credit/Debit Card Information
- Demographics information
- Preferences pertaining to the event
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself in order to complete your registration process and understand our customers. We do not share your personal information with outside parties without your consent as provided on the registration page, nor will we use the demographic data specifically to target your household. All demographic data is used in aggregate to provide Baby Expos with an overview of attendee demographics. We reserve the right to provide aggregate data on the demographics of attendees with prospective exhibitors and sponsors, for example: 85% of our attendees have at least one child. Your specific demographics will never be shared with outside parties without your expressed consent.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive emails and updates on our events. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. In addition, we do not share your information as given for the newsletter with outside parties.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All pages that collect credit card information are encrypted by a Secure Socket Layer certificate. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution that receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13.
Delivery Methods
Confirmation of your pre-registration is provided via the email address you submit on the registration form. In the event that the email address is incorrect or returned undeliverable, a physical copy of your confirmation will be mailed to the address provided.
Refund Policy
Attendee registration transactions with Baby Expos for the Va Family Expo (previously the Va Baby & Child Expo) are non-refundable.
